Venue Borrowing Instructions.




A. The borrowing of classrooms

  is in the charge of different units depending on the 

  borrowing time and ways to use the classroom

 

1.      By the borrowing time

l  Curriculum Section:

Day school8:00~17:20

l  Division of Continuing Education:

Continuing Education Center18:00~22:00and Weekends


2.      By the ways to use the classroom

l  Curriculum Section: For class

For example: evening classes, exams, or student affairs time

l  Student Activity Section: Except for class

For example: club activities, speeches, seminars..







B. General Affairs Section:

  The borrowing of Audiovisual Classrooms,

  International Conference Hall/Auditorium and Seminar Rooms.




u  Audiovisual Classrooms

Please fill out

Classroom Borrowing Application Form,

Instructions for filling out the form:


1.      Approved by the unit supervisor,

    General Affairs Section recorded application form,

    and then Maintenance Section recorded power Control.

2.      Please refer to the notes on the application form for classroom use.

3.      Because the classroom has a timer setting,

    the power will be automatically cut off

    when the time is up to avoid power outages.

    Please be sure to fill out the application form in advance.

4.      For the locations of the audiovisual classrooms

    managed by the General Affairs Section,

    please refer to the website or call for enquiry.

Instructions for filling out the form:


1. Approved by the unit supervisor,

   General Affairs Section recorded application form,

   and then Maintenance Section recorded power Control,

   please do not cause any damage to the venue as a reference for future borrowing.

2. The International Conference Hall is used by administrative units on campus,

   academic units on campus and off campus

   to hold large-scale seminars and conferences,

   or important meetings at the supervisory level.

3. Except for outdoor theaters,

   eating and drinking are prohibited in all venues,

   and violators will be put on the observation blacklist.
