Notes for Students Sending Mail to Campus

 The Documentation Section will deliver them to each dormitory management office, and the dormitory superintendent will put them in the corresponding mailboxes.

If it is a registered mail or package, the dormitory superintendent will notify the recipient for pick-up.

Notices:

I. Your room number should be included in the address to make sure that you can be notified and mails/packages delivered.

II. To pick up registered mails or packages, please present your student ID card or an identity document within two weeks of being notified.

The books you order will be sent to Liwen Bookstore. You can check the announcement on the website of the Documentation Section or contact Liwen Bookstore. 【Contact Liwen Bookstore】Ext. 2563

Starting from February 1, 2026, the Documentation Section will no longer deliver registered letters or parcels to the offices of the respective halls of residence. Hall administrators will be responsible for collecting students' registered letters and parcels from the Documentation Section and notifying recipients when they are ready for pickup.

Important Notice regarding letters and parcels sent to the school:

I.Please ensure you include your room number in the address to ensure you are notified and can receive your letters or parcels without any issues.

II.If you need to collect registered letters or parcels, please present your student ID card or relevant identification documents within two weeks of receiving notification from the hall of residence administrator.
