About stored-value card - Office of General Affairs

1.A stored-value card for air-conditioning is NT$500 (including a deposit of NT$100 and a value of NT$400).

2.To top up the stored-value card, please visit the Cashier Section.

Main Campus: 1F of Administration Building

Medical Campus: 1F of Teaching Building B

3.If you want to request a refund of a stored-value card for air-conditioning, please visit the Cashier Section before the announced deadline.

4.To replace your old stored-value card for air-conditioning with a new one, you can visit Liwen Bookstore and pay NT$400. The deposit will be transferred from the old card to the new one.

1. FamilyMart convenience stores on campus: available within one month after the first day of school.

2. Cashier Section on 1F of the Administration Building: available after one month following the first day of school (during office hours).

3. Liwen Bookstore: available during the opening hours. A stored-value card for air-conditioning is NT$500 (including a deposit of NT$100 and a value of NT$400). Please refer to the announcement by the Cashier Section for the purchase period and more information.

Stored-value cards for air-conditioning for Dormitory 1 and the Medical Campus Dormitory are available at Liwen Bookstore.

Description:

Stored-value cards for air-conditioning for Dormitory 1 and the Medical Campus Dormitory are available at Liwen Bookstore starting from December 1, 2016. Bookstore Hours at the Main Campus: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Bookstore Hours at the Medical Campus: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. The selling price of a stored-value card is NT$500 (including a deposit of NT$100 and NT$400 usable credit). You may enjoy a discount of NT$100 off if you buy a new card with your old card.
You still can buy a stored-value card for air-conditioning, add value to your card, or apply for a refund at the Cashier Section. Office hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:10 a.m. to 12 noon and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
