I.Registered mail and parcels:

The Documentation Section will send a notification to the recipient of collecting his/her mail or parcel at the Section. Or, the Documentation Section will send the mail or parcel to his/her dormitory management office, and the manager will notify him/her of collection (the notification will be announced on the website of the Documentation Section).

II. Ordinary mail

The Documentation Section will send the mail to the dormitory management office, and the dormitory superintendent will send the mail to the recipient’s mailbox. Or, the Documentation Section will send the mail to the recipient’s department, and the department assistant will deliver the mail to the recipient’s class mailbox.

Please ask your family or friends to write down your dorm room number or your department and class on the envelope.
Please show your student ID card or a valid identity document to collect your registered mail.
Please collect your registered mail at the designated location within two weeks of notification. The registered mail will be returned to the sender if you fail to collect it within two weeks of notification.
